Terms and Conditions
In compliance with the 1998 act The passenger contract for all transportation services and the booking of transportation services
are between Abetta Travel Services T/A Abetta Cars only and not between the driver or any Third Party.
Bookings for Transportation Services can only be made through Abetta Travel Services (this includes telephone, web and app platforms),
and not through a driver or third party agency.
Abetta Travel Services takes responsibility/liability for all bookings and transportation services carried out.
Abetta Travel Services ensure that Driver who carry out bookings hold current Private Hire and Reward Insurance and hold up to
date TFL Driver and Vehicle Licences.
Cancellations can only be carried out between Abetta Travel Services and the passenger and not through a driver or other third party agency.
All fares are quoted at the time from point A to point B, any waiting time or deviation to the journey not stated at the time will incur additional costs.
Airport collection prices do not include car park fees or additional waiting time fees. Waiting time fees start 60 minutes after the plane lands.
Waiting time is charged at £5 per 15 minutes equating to £20 per hour.
